Efficient and intelligent endothermic gas generation
The EndoFlex™ endothermic gas generator combines the patented EndoInjector™ fuel injection control system with high-efficiency ReactionCore™ technology to reduce operating and maintenance costs while ensuring stable production of high-quality endothermic gas for heat treatment furnaces.
The system is equipped with advanced sensors for monitoring dew point, unreacted methane and energy consumption. A large-format touchscreen interface allows easy access to generator operation data, while the integrated paperless chart recorder supports production auditing and process traceability.
The multi-retort ReactionCore™ design significantly increases heat transfer efficiency and reduces the energy required for endothermic gas production.
