An Aichelin all-in-one vacuum furnace is a multi-process vacuum system that combines hardening, tempering, and low-pressure carburizing (LPC) in a multi-chamber design – with switchable gas or oil quenching.
The system offers high flexibility, energy efficiency, and process reliability through multi-zone control and cold-wall technology – with full digital process documentation. Maximum flexibility is achieved by combining oil and gas quenching in a single vacuum system.
The system is suitable for complex heat treatment processes in automotive, aerospace, energy, medical technology, tooling industries, and commercial heat treatment shops.
The following industrial heat treatment processes can be performed: hardening, low-pressure carburizing (LPC), gas or oil quenching, and annealing.
Key technical features include a multi-zone heating system, vacuum range down to 10⁻⁵ mbar, cold-wall design, water-cooled circulation motors, and a SCADA-based process control system.
