Controlled carburizing at high throughput
Aichelin pusher-type furnace systems are designed for applications that require a uniform material flow and precisely controlled carburizing. Multi-zone furnace concepts enable accurate temperature and atmosphere control throughout the entire process. In combination with integrated quenching systems, and in particular with efficient and sustainable high-pressure gas quenching, stable series processes with reproducible component properties can be achieved.
