The range of services includes spare parts supply and logistics, inspections, maintenance and repairs, preventive maintenance, conversions and modernizations as well as digital solutions in terms of Industry 4.0 and training.

At the Ludwigsburg site, Aichelin Service bundles all services for heat treatment systems and takes over the strategic coordination of all service activities.
The site is complemented by a central spare parts warehouse, which supports efficient supply and the handling of service calls.
Eastern & South-Eastern Europe
Mödling - Austria
At the Mödling (Austria) site, Aichelin Ges.m.b.H. provides technical and project support for customers in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and acts as a central interface for system design and troubleshooting.
The location is the point of contact for complaints and technical inquiries in the region and supports service processing in close cooperation with the operational service units of the Aichelin Group.

Besançon - France
The Besançon site serves customers in France, the Benelux countries and neighbouring regions and specializes in conversions and the modernization of systems.
Thanks to the close connection to the central spare parts logistics, Aichelin Service guarantees short response times on site as well as the efficient implementation of system upgrades and retrofit projects.
